[ China Instrument Network Instrument R&D ] Recently, the research results of the Fujian Metrology Institute “High-precision Weighing Load Measuring Instrument†won the first major technical equipment certification in Fujian Province in 2018. Fujian Province's first (set) major technical equipment certification was organized and implemented by the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, aiming to enhance the independent design, manufacture, promotion and application of enterprises, and promote the high-end development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
The high-precision weighing instrument load measuring instrument is independently researched and developed by the Fujian Metrology Institute. Under the special support of the national major scientific instruments and equipment development, it integrates production, learning, research and use. After several years of scientific research, it successfully broke through the non-weight method verification. The core key technology of electronic truck scale, the world's first non-weight electronic truck scale verification system successfully developed.
The project fills the international gap of the auxiliary verification device in the International Standards for Metrics and Measures (OIML) No. 76 international technical specification, "Non-automatic Weighing Apparatus", and the technology has reached the international leading level. The project has complete and independent independent intellectual property rights, and has obtained 2 US invention patents, 1 EU invention patent, 11 Chinese invention patents, 18 utility model patents, 1 software copyright, and 3 national standards.
The high-precision weighing instrument load measuring instrument not only fundamentally solves the problem that the measuring technology mechanism is difficult to verify large-scale weighing instruments, but also effectively promotes the improvement of weighing instrument detection technology, manufacturing technology and product quality, and will effectively assist the structural reform of the supply side of the weighing instrument industry.
